Servant of the Shepherd Church was founded by Pastor Frank and his wife, Lois, in April, 2000.  Although Frank is an ordained Lutheran pastor, Servant of the Shepherd Church is an independent congregation, having no denominational affiliation.

We welcome everyone, and do not judge where they're at spiritually, or what they've done in their lives.  We want to be a refuge where people can be real; where they can share their needs and their pain.  We want them to see "Jesus-in-skin" as we tend to them as individuals loved by God.  As they trust us with their very lives, and see our love, they begin to trust us when we tell them the Good News:  

Real Unconditional Love is theirs by faith in Jesus Christ, their Savior, Lord, and Friend.

(That's when we get to see the amazing ways God works in their lives!!)

 We pray:

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,

the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time, enjoying one moment at a time,

accepting hardship as a pathway to peace.

Taking, as Jesus did, this sinful world as it is - not as I would have it.

Trusting that You will make all things right as I surrender to Your will,

so that I may be reasonably happy in this life, and

supremely happy with You forever in the next.
