Sunday, July 25th, will be Pastor Joel and Karen's last day
with us at Servant of the Shepherd. Their journey together is leading them to Texas to be near their children and grandchildren.
While we are very sad to see Pastor Joel and Karen leave, we are also excited to see what path God takes them down in the
future. I feel I can speak for the entire congregation when I say there aren't enough words to express the love
and gratitude we feel for Joel and Karen. We have been so blessed over the past couple of years to have them in our
lives. Sincerity,a sense of humor, compassion, and honesty are just a few of their qualities that make them so
special.
Pastor Joel and Karen, we love you and will miss you. Have a safe journey
and don't forget to stay in touch. In fact, the church's facebook page is the perfect way to do that! You came in as strangers and are leaving as Outcasts. Thank you so much for all that
you've done.
